Our Purpose
The #LevelThePayField campaign was created to shine a light on one of the most persistent forms of inequality in the United States: the income gap. For decades, women, especially women of color, have earned significantly less than their male counterparts, even when performing the same work. This issue affects not only individual workers but entire families, communities, and future generations.
This campaign explores how gender and race intersect to shape economic opportunities, and it seeks to empower people with the knowledge and tools needed to advocate for change.
